ALL3MEDIA ACQUIRES ZOO PRODUCTIONS, FAST GROWING TELEVISION PRODUCTION COMPANY

London, June 26, 2008 - ALL3MEDIA, the leading UK and International Independent television production group, announced today that it has acquired ZOO Productions, the US based production company behind hit programmes such as Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, Speeders, and MTV's Spring Break, extending ALL3MEDIA's existing presence in the important US market.

Founded in 1994, ZOO Productions is a successful and prominent production company for reality based programming. Their current show, Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?(with Mark Burnett Productions), debuted as FOX's highest rated series premiere in 13 years and the highest rated premiere at any network in five years. Other popular shows from the company include Speeders, a docu-series for Tru TV, and four seasons of Girls Behaving Badly, the prank show for Oxygen described as Candid Camera-meets-Sex & the City. Girls Behaving Badly is now syndicated in the US as well as in 50 other countries, and has launched two spin-offs, Kids Behaving Badly and Guys Behaving Badly.

ZOO partners Barry Poznick and John Stevens found early success with MTV by producing the popular anti-dating series, The Blame Game, as well as the Spring Break, Summer Beach House and Snowed-In specials for the network. They later continued their relationship with the network with The Mandy Moore Show, The Morning After and Tila Tequila's Fantasy Couple. ZOO also has a new series launching on the network this autumn called Busted.

ABOUT ALL3MEDIA IN THE US MARKET

ZOO will join a number of ALL3MEDIA companies which produce in the United States. Company Pictures has just locked on HBO's upcoming flagship drama series, Generation Kill which launches in July. Objective Productions, which secured a BAFTA this year for Peep Show, has been commissioned to produce a six x 1hour series for the Sci Fi Channel featuring Britain's famous illusionist, Derren Brown, plus a one hour special called Derren Brown - The Heist. Maverick Television which originated How To Look Good Naked, which has been commissioned for a second series as "Naked" airing on the Lifetime Channel in the US, has just scored a huge success with its hit series Embarrassing Illnesses on Channel 4. Lion Television Inc has just been commissioned for its sixth series of PBS' flagship series, History Detectives and has been commissioned for the 7th season of Cash Cab for Discovery Channel. Lion Inc USA has just won the Outstanding Game Show EMMY Award for Cash Cab.

ALL3MEDIA recently announced the start up of a new company in the Group called Studio Lambert founded by Stephen Lambert, formerly Creative Director at RDF, where his transatlantic hits have included Wife Swap, Faking It and The Secret Millionaire. ALL3MEDIA's South Pacific Pictures is the number one company in New Zealand and its internationally successful fiction series Outrageous Fortune is being piloted for ABC and ABC Studios in an American version called Good Behavior.
