London – ALL3MEDIA is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire Artists Rights Group Limited (Artists Rights Group), one of the most highly regarded talent and rights agencies in the independent television and film sector.

The Artists Rights Group Limited is a leading talent and rights agency.  It manages high quality and creative talent in the independent television and film sector and exploits associated rights across all media including retail.  Artists Rights Group specialises in discovering, nurturing and developing creative and successful talented individuals. Artists Rights Group has an outstanding track record in creating and building opportunities for clients managed by the firm and through this skill, creates and locks in value for the talent.

Artists Rights Group has established, under the leadership of Michael Foster and Sue Latimer, an enviable reputation for being one of the most reliable managers of high quality creative talent in the sector.  They combine this with an outstanding ability to exploit associated rights across all media.  This capability makes Artists Rights Group an excellent strategic fit with ALL3MEDIA.

ALL3MEDIA has built a pre-eminent market position as Britain’s No 1 Independent TV Production group.  ALL3MEDIA is a Bridgepoint-backed company founded by Steve Morrison, Jules Burns and David Liddiment, who created the Group in 2003 through the acquisition of the former Chrysalis TV Division.

ALL3MEDIA, in line with its normal corporate practice, does not intend to disclose the amount of consideration paid for the acquisition.  Michael Foster and Sue Latimer, who have been responsible for the success and dramatic growth of Artist Rights Group, will continue to manage Artists Rights Group within the ALL3MEDIA Group.

Commenting on the acquisition, Steve Morrison, Chief Executive of ALL3MEDIA said:

“Strategically, this acquisition represents a new and very important move for ALL3MEDIA.  This is the first time our Group has acquired a leading talent management and rights exploitation agency.
