Louise Pederson to lead ALL3MEDIA International
ALL3MEDIA announced today that it had secured the appointment of Louise Pedersen, (Managing Director of Carlton International Sales) to become the Managing Director of ALL3MEDIA International – the distribution company created through the combination of the former Chrysalis Distribution and IdTV International.
Jules Burns, Chief Operating Officer of ALL3MEDIA commenting, said:
“The appointment of someone as senior in the industry and with such a redoubtable track record as Louise Pedersen underlines the importance we place on independent international distribution and provides the independent sector with a strong and independent distributor for both ready made programmes and format sales.
The new terms of trade agreed between Ofcom and British broadcasters encouraging British independent producers to retain all overseas rights will require an independent distributor dedicated to ensuring that their programmes reach the widest worldwide audience.”
