It supplies all major TV broadcasters in Germany with its productions in the programme categories Fiction, Non-Fiction, Documentation and Show/Music programming. MME MOVIEMENT’s subsidiary filmpool Film- und Fernsehproduktion GmbH, Cologne, has established the very successful genre of court TV shows in Germany in 1999. Its most famous judge is “Richterin Barbara Salesch” (Sat.1). At times filmpool dominated the German TV-afternoon with three court shows. Including “Richterin Barbara Salesch” The company delivers five daily afternoon shows– 4.5 hours per day: “Zwei bei Kallwass” – life consulting at Sat.1, “Familien im Brennpunkt (Families at the Crossroads)” and, “Verdachtsfälle (cases of Doubt)” – both reconstructed reality shows at RTL and “Niedrig und Kuhnt” – detective series at Sat.1. filmpool is also known for high quality fiction programmes such as “Tatort” (WDR).
MME Me, Myself & Eye Entertainment GmbH, Berlin, is prominent in the variety/music category with expertise in non-fiction lifestyle programming where off “Bauer sucht Frau” (RTL) is a well-known weekly dating docutainment (now going into season six) and “Einsatz in 4 Wänden - Spezial” (RTL) a very popular prime time weekly home improvement format. Also primetime at RTL “Helfer mit Herz” with anchorwoman Vera Int-Veen is a successful help docutainment format. “Der Echo” (ARD) is Germanys biggest music award show produced and presentented live on air by MME since 2009.
White balance GmbH, Hamburg, is MME MOVIEMENT’s expert for quiz and game shows. Tuesday to Friday the quiz show “Das Duell” is shown at ARD at access primetime. On top, white balance produces various prime time shows.
