Studio Lambert

Studio Lambert is a new production company set up in March 2008 in partnership with All3Media

Chief executive, Stephen Lambert, is one of Britain's best known creative television executives, the man who brought to the screen ground-breaking new programmes in Britain and America such as Faking It, Wife Swap, and, most recently, the Rose D'Or winning and BAFTA-nominated The Secret Millionaire.

A talented team of experienced creatives have joined Lambert in his new venture, including Peter Moore, the executive producer of hit series such as Channel 4's Jamie's Kitchen and the first series of the BBC's The Apprentice. Peter was head of documentaries at Channel 4 for ten years, where he founded the popular flagship series Cutting Edge which provoked BBC2 to match it in the 1990s with its own documentary series, Modern Times, founded by his new colleague, Stephen Lambert.

Tania Alexander, who was responsible for the Channel 4 reality hits The Games and Shipwrecked: Battle of the Islands, is executive producing new reality programmes. Jenny Crowther, who series produced The Secret Millionaire and Wife Swap, as well as the BAFTA-winning documentary series about the NHS, The Trust, is developing new projects at Studio Lambert, as is Tamara Abood, who produced Channel 4's Brat Camp and Millionaires' Mission. Other film-makers working at Studio Lambert include Matt Reid, who made the BBC1 series Monarchy and The Queen’s Castle, and Jane Preston, currently filming one of the company’s first commissions, a film for Channel 4 about members of Michael Jackson’s family moving to Devon. Author and journalist Michael Bywater is a development executive and Jamie Donald, a former BBC News executive and former deputy editor of the Today programme, is Studio Lambert's head of development. Jo Crawley, who series produced Faking It¸ is head of production and Andy Coker, former finance director of Carlton International, is head of finance. Amanda Greenfield, former commercial affairs manager at Channel 4, joins as head of legal and business affairs.

Studio Lambert, based in the heart of Soho, aims to become a home for some of the best non-scripted programme-making talent.
