Congratulations to Lion TV for yet another successful format.

The Discovery channel's Cash Cab, filmed in the back of a New York taxi, was named best game show for the third year running at the Daytime Emmys in Las Vegas last night.

Its host, Ben Bailey, won best game show host for the first time.

All3Media was ranked number 9 in Fast Track “10 Biggest Buyouts League Table”, published by the Sunday Times. This league table ranks the UK’s 10 biggest private equity-owned companies with fastest-growing profits (EBITDA) of more than £50m.

Studio Lambert’s Undercover Boss continues to have amazing success in the States trouncing Desperate Housewives and Celebrity Apprentice on its fifth outing. 

Having launched after the Superbowl on CBS with the largest ever audience for US reality show of 38.6m, it beat all other broadcasted programmes, winning the night with 12.58 viewers last Sunday 14th March.

The series follows top executives as they anonymously take entry-level jobs at their company and see how their previous decisions have affected lower-wage employees.

The popular American reality television series “How'd You Get So Rich?” hosted by comedian Joan Rivers and produced by Zoo Productions has been picked up by TV Land for a new season. Six new episodes will be broadcasted in May 2010.

The Middle Eastern broadcaster Saudi TV has acquired the rights to remake Objective Production’s game show The Cube, broadcast in the UK by ITV.

The reversioned Cube will be filmed in London with a studio audience, using the same set and challenges as seen in the ITV1 show but will be produced entirely in Arabic.
