Optomen has launched some of the biggest names in food television and specialise in making bold, bright, entertaining factual shows.

Optomen is known for the flair, originality and attention to detail that we bring to the programmes we make.  Until recently, the company was led by Pat Llewellyn who created Two Fat Ladies, discovered Jamie Oliver and Executive Produced Kitchen Nightmares. We make popular shows with heart and intelligence – from BBC TWO’s ratings-topping Great British Menu to the campaigning disability series Employable Me.  Since September 2016 the company has been run by Tina Flintoff and Nick Hornby.

Optomen also has a successful office in New York led by Optomen US president Maria Silver.
